Community Moderation Team Rank Structure

Probationary Moderator > No Security Class | Limit: None

Probationary Moderators are the preliminary rank of the Moderation Team, being restricted to Discord Moderation only. They have yet to complete their 4 week Probationary Program and are held to a high standard with very little leeway for mistake. They must prove that they are capable of executing the duties expected of a Moderator.

Community Moderator > No Security Class | Limit: None

Community Moderators are the base rank of CMT, responsible for conducting day-to-day duties and enforcing the Foundations rules & regulations. They have successfully proved that they are capable of executing the duties of a Moderator during their probationary phase and can handle game moderation related activities.

Community Mentor >  No Security Class | Limit: 6

Community Mentors are those who have proven that they hold exceptional knowledge of CMT's role and general regulations. They are trusted individuals within CMT who are responsible for finalizing game ban appeals, training probationary moderators and authorizing certain restrictions around CMT hosted events. Whilst Community Mentors may not issue internal punishments by themselves, they are able to make recommendations for reprimands to Community Supervisors and above. This is considered a stepping stone to Senior Moderator for those elegible.

Senior Moderator >  Security Class 3  | Limit: 4

Senior Moderator's make up the command structure of the team and are selected by the Community Manager after displaying their excellent work and capabilities during their time with CMT. Their is a limit of 4 Community Supervisors at any given time, each responsible for overseeing a particular area of the department. Senior Moderator's are also responsible for upholding internal regulations and issuing reprimands when necessary.

Community Manager >  Security Class 4  | Limit: 1

The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing all Moderation related activities and actively communicates with The Founders and other members of Manufacturing Oversight to ensure group activities are being maintained.
